Job Description:

  • Must have clear understanding of RESTful API development (in PHP).
  • Ability to develop, test, and deploy RESTful API endpoints for accessing and manipulating data from Google API's (Google Classroom, Google Drive, Gmail, etc).

    Operations Management
  • Develop a clear understanding of the structure and expectations of international qualification providers to establish and sustain successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal departments to obtain necessary approvals and ensure operational and logistical requirements are met.
  • Identify potential candidates for examination centres and provide support in preparing venue staff for exam administration.
  • Ensure exam integrity, prevent malpractice, and enforce adherence to integrity requirements.
  • Coordinate with courier companies for the secure handling of examination papers.
  • Facilitate the registration of schools as Direct Centres for examinations.

    • Financial Planning
  • Collect relevant information to develop a comprehensive and realistic financial plan for new qualifications, including income and expenditures.
  • Work with the Finance team to assess the financial viability of new secondary school qualifications.
  • Incorporate risk tolerance and exchange rate volatility into future projections.
    • Quality Assurance and Compliance Management
  • Ensure compliance with policies, statutes, and government regulations associated with each qualification provider.
  • Provide compliance training and communicate responsibilities to venue staff and related school staff.
  • Conduct random visits during examinations to monitor compliance and prepare comprehensive reports.
