  • Coordinate with Education team for matters pertaining to student results, curriculum implementation, where required.
  • Oversee the development, organisation and implementation of the curriculum across designated domain; ensure that the learning and teaching provided by different teaching teams form a coordinated, coherent curriculum entitlement for individual pupils.

Job Description:

    Repair and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment: (50%)
  • Develop schedule for school visit on monthly basis and get it approved by Regional Manager Administrative Services.
  • Inform SH and Admin Officer in SGOs about the school visits.
  • Arrange transport for travelling to the schools, outstation as well as in the city.
  • Visit location, checks all wiring, all electrical equipment, meters, transformers, power dps, generators (oil and fuel filter) and UPS (battery life).

  • Based on the information shared by Regional Manager Procurement directly on the requirements of installation of electrical equipment as stated in the CAPEX;
  • Verify if the equipment is required in the school or not.
  • If required, make a school visit; calculate the load and capacity required in the school.

Job Description:

    Admissions Applications Management (40%)

  • Responsible for providing an effective admissions system throughout the school, liaising with the School Head and Senior Leadership Team and other relevant stakeholders applying agreed criteria for consistent and fair decision-making.
  • Provide effective and efficient management of enquiries from prospective parents and corporate alliances.
  • Make admission appointments as required and generating paper work for assessments while managing and updating the school’s student information and admissions database in BEAMS
  • Maintain close links with feeder schools.
  • Greet in person/handle or route telephone and email enquiries from prospective students/parents regarding admissions entry tests, students’ academics and well-being, and manage school tours for prospective families providing an efficient and friendly service.
  • Register the students on BEAMS and liaise with the relevant section head for the entry tests schedule while ensuring completeness of information in the admission form with Parent and School Head signatures and accurate data entry onto BEAMS as well as maintaining the student files, ensuring all documents are available.
  • Inform parents/students on the enrolment and further provide them with admission fee challans, induction pack with details of book lists and uniform etc. for the new session and issue student ID cards with correct details before the session starts.

  • Administrative Tasks (30%)

    Recovery:
  • Contact the recovery cases, obtain feedback and forward details to the Finance Department (HO) for any fee related requests (date extension, instalments, etc.).
  • feedback to the parents after resolution of the case by Finance (HO) and follow up with the parents for the payment.

  • Fee Invoices:
  • due date/ validity date extensions, instalments and fine waiver of fee challans.
  • bonafide letters, character certificate, tax certificates and school fee history when requested.
  • Perform adjustments and reflection of lab charges in fee challans and Input entry of the deposit date of registration.

  • Transfers:
  • Process transfer cases, after checking availability from destined school, and provide information to the parents for transfer procedures, i.e. interview, etc.
  • Follow up and update the transfer status on BEAMS after initiation of the transfer along with preparing and dispatching of the transfer file to relevant person in the transfer recipient school.

  • Withdrawals:
  • Receive and satisfy queries regarding the withdrawals and take feedback from parents regarding the reason for withdrawal.
  • Schedule exit meeting between the parents and the School Head, Initiate the process of withdrawal on BEAMS right afterwards.
  • Follow up on withdrawal cases and issue school leaving certificate after clearance, ensure the student struck off due to auto withdrawal are not allowed back into the classes until re-enrolled.
  • Track and follow up on withdrawal students, raise withdrawal for students who are absent/ unreachable for thirty days.

  • Student Record Changes:

    Send queries to the Head Office for record amendments and obtain corresponding documents from parents, follow up and provide feedback to the parents once the process has been completed.

  • Ensure onsite customer service queries and issues are resolved to an exceptional standard both promptly and efficiently.

Job Description:

    Running Centralized Education System in branches all over Pakistan, ranging from Preschool to Matriculation while ensuring:

  • Overall responsibility for development & timely delivery of all academic deliverables (DLPs, SOWs, USPs, Academic Calendar, Examination papers, summer packs or any other Academic deliverable etc.) to all the regions.
  • Follow and monitor the Academic Feedback Mechanism in spirit and practice, analyze it to identify the areas of development and find practical solutions before the Way-forward meeting. Develop a structured communication system with the NWAs by holding at least 2 meetings in an academic year with each region.
  • Resolve all issues/ queries related to academics raised by campuses/NWAs (regarding quality of DLPs, SOWS, Exam Papers, Marking Keys, curriculum, books, work books etc.)
  • Manage Centralized Syllabus Making & conducting centralized tests & assessments.
  • Assist the Group Director with the development of Strategic development plan for TE Academics and recommend changes in the policies and procedures if and when required.
