    School Improvement Plan:
  • Implementation and evaluation of the School Improvement Plan
  • Academic Management:
  • Overseeing the development, organisation, and implementation of the curriculum across the designated domain; ensuring that the learning and teaching provided by different teaching teams form a coordinated, coherent curriculum entitlement for individual students

Job Description:

    Advertising and Promotion (25%)
  • Identify schools/programmes [like O/A Levels] that require promotional support
  • Manage the long and short-term marketing strategies of brand leads in coordination with them
  • Develop advertising concepts for regional and school campaigns
  • Identify and develop additional communication channels and tools to enhance employee engagement and ensure efficient and effective delivery of key messages
  • Provide advice and support to managers and staff on various communication, event, and project related matters
  • Provide feedback and support for advertising campaigns (for example, identifying the best-suited newspaper for advertising according to the target market)
  • Explore options for optimal utilization of New Media [Internet - BSS websites and social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)]
  • Create and maintain a database of media and vendors; ATL [above the line] marketing activities will be handled by HO while BTL [below the line] marketing activities will be managed by the regional team

  • Sponsorship and Alliances (10%)
  • Develop good relations with the corporate sector in the region for possible sponsorship, support, and alliances (including groundwork for fundraising for CSR)
  • Discuss any possible sponsorships/alliances with the Regional Director (RD) and Head Office Corporate Communications Department
  • Maintain a database/develop relations with key marketing personnel/decision-makers and invite them to appropriate events in the region
  • Ensure that no school in the region authorizes any company or business to hold any activity without the knowledge and approval of the Corporate Communications Department

Job Description:

  • School Improvement Plan (10%).
  • Design, Implement and evaluate the School Improvement Plan for the A-Level section.
  • Ensure the SIP incorporates all A-level section's improvement needs/resource requirements and expenditure estimations for the year.
