Job Description:

    This position is responsible to design marketing collateral for all BSS brands by coordinating with the relevant departments with the objective of maintaining consistent visual brand identity for all brands within the limitations of Company Policies and Corporate Communication processes and guidelines.

    Requirements:

Job Description:

    Managing a centralised education system across The Educators branches in Pakistan, from Preschool to Matriculation, while ensuring:

  • Overall responsibility for development and timely delivery of all academic deliverables (DLPs, SOWs, USPs, Academic Calendar, Examination Papers, Summer Packs or any other academic deliverables) to all the regions.
  • Follow-up on and monitoring of the academic feedback mechanism in spirit and practice and analyse it to identify the areas of development

  • Identifies gaps and areas that need improvement within the existing curriculum
  • Researches innovative approaches to design curriculum and fill gaps
  • Reviews the PSHE curriculum annually; solicits teachers' feedback, rethinks attainable targets and skills; revises the curriculum by incorporating feedback from stakeholders
  • Collaborates with Curriculum Managers and Subject Leads to design integrated curriculum activities and projects
  • 2. Curriculum Implementation and Professional Development
    In coordination and consultation with line manager:
  • Conducts bi-annual coordination meetings with PSHE teachers to address their concerns regarding schemes of work and new curriculum; solicits feedback regarding SOW and PSHE curriculum
  • Designs initiatives, professional development trainings, workshops and the curriculum around international best practices
  • Designs orientation trainings for teachers when a new PSHE curriculum is to be implemented in schools; Conducts online as well as face-to-face trainings for PSHE teachers
  • Designs asynchronous trainings on PSHE and coordinates with the HR Department to include this in online trainings on the PRISM portal
  • Conducts observation and support visits to schools to identify problems and to extend support to PSHE teachers
  • Supports teachers needing further development in PSHE by co-planning and co-teaching PSHE lessons
  • Facilitates teachers by uploading links of PSHE-related teaching resources and websites on TLC
