Job Summary: The Education Technology Manager will be responsible for both the education technology and ICT needs of the school.

Qualification: B.Ed. (Ed. Tech.) or Bachelors in Computer Science with education exposure
Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• To support teachers in integrating educational software, Internet, interactive whiteboards, media, and other technology into their classroom activities;
• Overall management of the ICT infrastructure at TNS Beaconhouse (with assistance from Systems Administrator)

Skills required:

• Knowledge of both PC and Mac environments;
• A strong background in information & communications technology (ICT);
• Experience in data transfer from different accessories (like digital cameras, interactive whiteboards) to PCs/Macs along with basic editing skills;
• Experience with the use of interactive whiteboards in the classroom

Introduction: The Early Years Cell is based at the Beaconhouse head office, in the Academics department and is responsible for the ongoing research, development, monitoring, and implementation of the Beaconhouse Early Years Education program aimed at children aged 3 to 6.  The program is in turn implemented at most Beaconhouse schools worldwide.

Job Summary: Curriculum research officer plans, organizes, and conducts research in educational field for use in curriculum development activities.

Experience: 3-5 years teaching experience with the early years age group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts research, utilizing libraries, archives, and other sources of information, such as electronic media, to collect, record, analyze, and evaluate information that will become part of the early years curriculum
• Extrapolate and verify information, then evaluate, organize and edit the data into comprehensive forms
